We want you to be confident in every order. This policy explains returns and refunds for goods supplied through Banlili.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Custom-manufactured, cut-to-size or special-order goods cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or not as described.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order reference. We will arrange replacement, repair or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of the returned goods being received and inspected.
